Quality & Safety in Civil Aviation

For over thirty-five years, we have been accompanying civil aviation authorities, airlines, aircraft, airport and airfield operators, in any sector of aviation and in all regions of the world, flying schools and other training organizations, and air navigation service providers as well, in the completion of their project, in the implementation of their strategy and in the achievement of all their objectives, in particular in the areas of certification, of safety, quality and environmental management and sustainable development.

International Cooperation

For over ten years now, we have been providing special assistance to those States facing difficulties in their organization and the implementation of their civil aviation administration and safety oversight, especially in Europe, Africa and all over Asia, in order to allow them to demonstrate the highest safety performance and the compliance to standards and international requirements, including all ICAO standards and recommended practices.

Management Systems & Training

In parallel, we provide support to the operators and service providers in the achievement of getting their licenses and certificates in compliance with regulatory requirements, whether EASA, FAA or other national regulations based on ICAO rules, as applicable, and in the operational deployment of their strategic plan.

In close coordination with the respective designated post holders, we intervene notably in the development and implementation of the relevant management systems, in particular dealing with safety, security and quality, in relation with the size and specificities of the organization activities. We assist the different departments in preparing and getting manuals approved by the competent Authorities and we support the elaboration of required procedures together with the selection or development of ad hoc communication and data management tools. We work also on the training and qualification methods and programs.

Audits & Certification

We ensure the appropriate conduct and coordination of certification, approval or waiver process, as needed, in relation with relevant parties, operators, airworthiness organizations, manufacturers, airport or air navigation services and the competent Authorities.
